Aaron Barnett is a proud United States Navy Veteran, devoted husband and father of four, and lifelong community advocate. He is running for Baltimore County Council District 4 because he believes leadership should be present, accountable, and rooted in the everyday experiences of the people it serves.
Aaron’s approach to public service is shaped by discipline, integrity, and a deep respect for working families. He credits his parents for laying that foundation and knows he could not have reached this point without their support and example. He leads by listening, showing up, and doing the work alongside his neighbors.

Aaron served honorably in the United States Navy, where he learned the importance of responsibility, teamwork, and accountability. That foundation continues to guide his leadership today.
As a proven union leader, Aaron has fought for fair labor agreements, higher wages, and stronger healthcare benefits. He successfully negotiated contracts that improved pay and protections for hundreds of local workers.

Aaron is a devoted Christian and family man who believes strong communities begin with strong families. His values guide his commitment to fairness, respect, and service to others.
